🎨 Personalization

How do I personalize my blanket?

After selecting your product and size, you'll be prompted to upload your pet's photo and enter any customization details (such as your pet's name). Our design tool will guide you through the process step by step.

What kind of photo should I upload?

For the best results, use a clear, high-resolution photo with good lighting and your pet as the main subject. Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered images. The better the photo, the better your blanket will look!

Can I preview my design before ordering?

Yes! Our personalization tool shows you a preview of your design before you add it to your cart. Please review it carefully, as personalized items cannot be changed after the order is placed.

Can I include more than one pet?

Absolutely! We offer collage-style options that let you feature multiple pets in one design. Just select the appropriate product and follow the upload instructions.

📦 Orders & Production

How long does production take?

Each blanket is made to order. Production typically takes 3–5 business days before your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because every item is custom-made, we begin production quickly after an order is placed. Please contact us at hello@pawsonalize.com within 24 hours of ordering if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to help!

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and another notification when your order ships with tracking information.

🙩 Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. We're working on expanding to more countries soon!

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within the US typically takes 5–8 business days after production is complete.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to follow your package's journey right to your door.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?
