Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Pawsonalize is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.
